More consumption fruits and vegetables lower the risk of bladder cancer among ... - Pentagon Post
A recent study unveiled consumption of fruits and vegetable could reduce the risk of blood cancer among women.
A study by researchers from the "University of Hawaii Cancer Center", titled "Multiethnic Cohort" (MEC), as a part of research established in 1993.
During the research, they have collected 185,885 samples from older people over a period of around 13 years. After testing those samples they found out 581 people is having cancer, where 152 were women and 429 were men.
There might be number of factors like age and hereditary which may lead to above conclusions by research hers. It was found that greater consumption of fruits and vegetables may reduce the risk of developing invasive bladder cancer in women.
This study has also suggested, women with intake of Vitamins A, C & E are at 52% lower risk of bladder cancer.
